basic info — currently have only ready the first book ( more to come ), so really keeping him at around 21/22 for the sake of exploring a younger eliot waugh in a different trajectory than the show. currently at brakebills, near graduating or post in nyc being a messy disaster with velvet flair. potentially in fillory as high king.
personality: witty, charming, melancholic. eliot is carefree, dressing to nines. he does hide a loneliness and insecurity that bleeds through at the edges. has a fondness for fine wines, but drinks too much, and occasionally his jokes cut a little more than would be strictly funny. however, he’s the unspoken leader of his group of friends, due to his charm and intelligence.
backtagging — hella medium to slow tagger. can occasionally boomerang if the time gods allow. but otherwise, i will go until interest is lost or a thread can be wrapped up. srsly, i'm super chill about backtagging.
style — prefer brackets and present tense, but can adapt to someone's preference.
shipping/smut — canonically only into men, but as per any margo/janets are exceptions when it comes to adding a third in a physical sense. otherwise, romantic overturns are m/m heavy. open to smut, but usually keep those in a meme specific thread that centers it than anything.
fighting — nope. gonna swipe left on that. hellogoodbye.
physical contact — bring it. he's open to touching others, more than he'd ever admit.
telepathy/mind control — go for it. a fan of mind-bendy aspects in general. probs a brain full of chalked up glitter and bitterness, but also fun. let's goooo.

warnings — the magicians is full of lots of bitchy young disasters doing their thing, but also lots of other mature content. el comes from an abusive household, of which i won't spring on anyone without a fair warning. other themes might arise such as hefty substance abuse and alcoholism.
